Adams Model & Talent
Castings Agency has sole
discretion in which
photo it issues
including FREE large
images. No
refunds or substitution
of photos is
permitted, except by
Juliet Adams Model &
Talent Castings Agency
discretion. We reserve
the right to substitute
any photo for one
of comparable value for
any reason. Photographic
images are copyright
protected, you must
contact the Agency if
you wish to you use the
image commercially.
Photo sitting images are
dispatched by email or
at the sole discretion
of the agency in other
formats. Juliet
Adams will aim to
deliver photos within 7
days, many sittings will
receive their photos
within 1 working day 24
hours. Juliet
Adams Agency reserves
the right to substitute
any service for one of
comparable value for any
reason. Certain restrictions/acts
of god/technical
difficulties may
well effect the outcome
of A Studio Photographic
Service.
Subject/applicants will be
offered alternative
solutions, including
alternative booking
dates. In all
situations, events and
outcome, subjects/applicants agrees
to release and hold
harmless Juliet Adams
Model & Talent
Castings Agency their
respective parents,
subsidiaries,
affiliates, divisions,
advertising and
promotional agencies,
and each of their
respective directors,
officers, employees and
agents and all others
associated with the
development and
execution of this
Contract (collectively,
"Releases")
from and against any and
all claims, actions, and
liability for any
injury, losses, damages,
disputes and/or
disability resulting
from participation in
this mini photo service. including,
without limitation, any
travel related thereto,
and attendance at a
Studio Photographic
Shoot.
Please
note free Baby &
Child Modelling
available predominately from Silver/Standard
shoots. Parents
wishing to apply to join
us should ideally used
mini photo sittings for
free commercial agency
assessments at sittings.
All interpretations of
these terms and
conditions shall be at
the sole discretion of
Juliet Adams Agency.
Juliet
Adams twill not accept for public images for alteration, (or cause, when altered),
any photo depicting or strongly, graphically to suggest: P0rnography,
nude sexual suggestive material naked children Graphic and gratuitous
violence racist images personalised Hate campaigns, obsurd political
campaigns polictical parties should seek approval before making
applications. Juliet adams decision on obsurd activities is
final. Slanderous or libellous material and many Religious materials
and items are prohibted, you should seek approval before making regilious
and political applications. Juliet adams decision on inappropriate
religious and poltical content is final. We also reserve the right to
refuse many copyrighted material, or any material we feel is inappropriate
at our sole discretion. Juliet Adams accepts no liability for all loss and damages of items sent to us, or
arising from the images we produce. We strongly suggest if posting
sending important items copies should be retained. Juliet Adams
Agency accept no responsibility for the use, or outcome of the use, of
photographs and graphic material prepared by us and delivered to you.
Copyright: As the

and their use in
reproduction form i.e.
limited edition prints,

right to the
distribution of the
