Terms and conditions regarding photo submissions, data, assignments, applications, services and memberships.  Please read through the Terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with the Terms and conditions, do not use our agency, our website and our services.  If you do use our agency our website and our services your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by the Terms. Great importance should be paid to1) applications to join Juliet Adams LIFE-TIME* Membership, and/or 2) Online Portfolio Services and/or 3) Photographic Services and/or 4) Other Services including the regulations of artists on and for an assignment.  All artists, applicants and members must read the below Terms and Conditions and agree to these terms and conditions for assignment regulations, Sales & Service regulations, you must also agree to these before applying to join  us.  We require our artists and application/enquiry process to be regulated by these terms and conditions.  Artists are also required to read and agree to all other terms and conditions which may also govern your assignment, and/or the sale and service of the product or services you have purchased, or been issued.  You must agree to the terms before taking assignments, submitting photographs, application forms and/or  applying to join us. All artists including new applicants, and enquiries received are deemed to have read, agreed and understood these terms and conditions.

6.       Photographs may be colour or black and white and do not need to be professional images, all photos should be clear visual images. Please legibly print your name and address on back of each photo you submit.

7.   No responsible is accepted for lost, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage due or late submissions,  failure to receive or delays in receipt of photos or returns. All photographs, application submissions (including photos) data and publicity materials become the sole property of Juliet Adams Agency and will not be returned, unless item code 6411 correctly indicated or at the sole discretion of the agency.

8.   Conditions" means the conditions of sale set out in this document and any special and/or additional conditions agreed in writing by us

9.   "we" and/or "us" and/or ""our" and/or means Juliet Adams Model & Talent Castings Agency

10.   "Juliet Adams" and/or "Agency" and/or "JulietAdams" and/or "Juliet Adams Agency" means Juliet Adams Model & Talent Castings Agency also described as "Juliet Adams" and/or "Agency" along with other descriptive words in many of our sales literature or on the website as the case may be.

11.  "Service" or "Services" means a place on our books, and/or online listings and/or, portfolio / composite card CV / Resume Mini Supporting Statement and/or  other goods or services (including any productions/publications of any component parts of them which we supply in accordance with these conditions as an employment agency.)

12.  "Writing" from Juliet Adams Agency includes facsimile transmission, email and other comparable means of communication. 

13. Writings from artists. All artists should strictly only communicate on substantial matters by post with Juliet Adams Agency.

14. On and for  assignment/s artists must inform us and keep Juliet Adams Agency fully informed of all important matters and all problems.  Immediate communications should be done over the phone with all outstanding and important matters placed in writing.  

15. ONLY Emails for an assignment are excepted from artist to confirm a simple acknowledgement of receipt of job notices, all other emails are not accepted as important communications from artist of important matters. 

16.  "artists" and/or "you" and/or "model" means the member, model, talent, artist, performer and in the case of the said individual/s being a minor the parent/guardian of the said individual(s) who's has joined,  made an application to join,  accepted work assignments, submitted photographs, submitted data, or seeks to obtain/solicit/acquire work finding services via Juliet Adams Agency.

17. "artists" and/or "you" and/or "model" has a meaning to also/and/or include with regard to these terms and conditions to mean the member, model, talent, artist, performer, entertainer and in the case of the said individual/s being a minor the parent/guardian of the said individual(s) who's has  accepted an offer of representation and/or booking from Juliet Adams Agency.

18. "Artists" and/or "you" and/or "model" has a meaning to also/and/or include with regard to these terms and conditions to mean the member, the member and /or model and /or talent and/or artist and/or performer and/or work seeker and /or entertainer and /or parent/guardian of minors,  these terms "including" and "in particular" shall be construed as not limiting any general words or expressions with which either of those expressions is used. is accepted by us these terms "including" and "in particular" shall be construed as not limiting any general words or expressions with which either of those expressions is used. 

19. Offer of Representation from Juliet Adams Agency. “Offer of Representation” means an offer made to a Model or performer by an authorised representative of Juliet Adams Agency for the agency to represent the Model subject at all times to these Terms and Conditions with a view to securing a assignment and/or Assignments with Clients. In general, no guarantee of work or auditions are made.

20. "Job" and/or "Assignment" and/or "Work" and/or "booking" means any service requested by a client in connection with any form of paid work including advertising, entertainment, leisure, marketing or public relation activities that undertakes or is it is proposed the artist undertakes.  Juliet Adams Agency fundamentally seeks to be involved in paid assignments for profit.

21.  " Client" means any third party individual, partnership, company or other organisation or entity which contacts Juliet Adams Agency with a view to procuring the services of artist /s in respect of an "assignment" "work", "booking" "job"

22. "Form" means an application form issued by Juliet Adams Agency and either/or a form of details of information sought and either/or available on its website, which the agency has provided for publication and/or usage.

23. Juliet Adams Agency accepts applications to join being bound by these terms from applicants in all forms including  email and postal applications received from artists to join Juliet Adams Agency and/or  artists that seek to obtain/solicit/acquire work finding services via Juliet Adams Agency.

24. "All payments" meaning includes all amounts of money that is paid and includes money that is due to be paid. It includes all various different types and methods and dose not exclude any type

25.  We intend to rely on these written terms and conditions set out here and they shall apply to all contracts and/or govern the agent artists relationship.  Neither of us can alter the terms of this agreement without the express agreement of the other. If you require any changes, please make sure that you ask for these to be put in writing and obtain written confirmation from the agency that they have been accepted, as they will be ineffective otherwise, please request these changes prior to making an application to join us. By doing this, we can avoid any problems surrounding what both of us are expecting from our relationship. 

26. All artists submitting photographs and data, including making applications to join us, including but not limiting to the submission of Juliet Adams Application forms,  with and without correct payments if applicable, do as a fundamental condition of Juliet Adams Agency's terms and conditions agree and grant Juliet Adams Agency the right for work finding services to use all matters of all natures what so ever provided and/or obtained.  Juliet Adams Agency has the right to use all photographs and data on artists, including data on the application forms submitted but not limiting to and/or use the information provided and/or materials provided and/or details and/or items and/or website materials and/or linked references for work finding services both online and offline.  

27. Artists understand that the information the agency obtains via their applications to join us including but not limiting to the returned forms and/or promotional material/s and or enquiry method and/or recruitment acceptance will be placed on our books and can be used for work finding services both off line and/or online including before or pending assessment interviews where applicable, and at the sole discretion of the agency in any other format including as laid out in these terms and conditions.  Where not required applicants should not submit applications, data and/or enquiries to join us.  

28. In addition to the immediate above provisions applicants are invited to clearly mark this on the top of their application forms and/or application enquiry method and all associated materials any other facts or data that the agency should know about and seek to obtain written confirmation from the agency, that we have received read and understood the important information. 

29. Returned forms, Photographs submitted, data provided, in all formats whatsoever is regarded as acceptance of the Agency's terms and conditions. 

30. Application to join us other than on forms for example letters and/or artists publicity materials are regarded as acceptance of the our terms and conditions. 

31. Application to join us from emails are regarded as acceptance of the our terms and conditions.

32. Application process in general, but not exclusively, entails the artists making an application to join us and Juliet Adams Agency making a final decision to accept or reject applications submitted/and/or received..

33. Please note for all matters whatsoever that Juliet Adams Agency shall be entitled to correct any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us including this information and information on the website.

34. Termination of Representation/contract
The model's representation by Juliet Adams Agency may be terminated by Juliet Adams Agency without notice but without unfair reason, although a model must fulfil all obligations in respect of an assignment accepted by Juliet Adams Agency or the model is liable for losses and costs incurred by Juliet Adams Agency.

35. All models must possess and display at all times a standard of behaviour and conduct that is acceptable to the Agency. The agency's decision will be final.. We require artists to be professional and courteous at all times and immediately inform the Agency of any and all problems regarding work assignments and keep the agency informed artists should seek to call the Agency on the phone.   

36.  All child members and child models applying to join should possess an acceptable standard of behaviour, and attitude. All Child models, babies and teens must be photogenic,  not all artists have to be ‘pretty’ or cute, we accept all looks.  Children must have plenty of character and sparkle, all baby and child models must be good natured and sociable, and be able to put up with meeting lots of strangers.

37. All parents must be co-operative, at all times, and easy going,  parents of our child models must possess and display at all times a standard of behaviour and conduct that is acceptable to the Agency.. The agency's decision will be final.

38.   If the contract is to be terminated by the model, then one months notice is required in writing and posted by recorded delivery.

39.  Juliet Adams Agency and or its affiliates reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material, links,, email addresses, images, and content submitted to, or posted on portfolios, and have the reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to deny access to the e-mail systems provided for general community use.

40. Juliet Adams Agency's  is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in portfolio and may remove those at its discretion, and without notice. 

41. Juliet Adams Agency's permits one main member portfolio per person. 

42.  It is against Juliet Adams Agency's policy to allow competitor portfolio sites to solicit members from Juliet Adams Agency. Any competing portfolio site or online agency site that signs up at Juliet Adams Agency for either a free member account or a paid upgraded account, and then actively solicits our members to join their competing website or online agency, could have their account deactivated at Juliet Adams Agency's discretion, and without refund.

43. Sexually explicit images are not permitted on this site. Sexually explicit images include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, obvious states of sexual arousal (erections), or overt sexual positions (such as noticeably visible or spread genitalia). Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the removal of the images, and the disablement of that member portfolio. 

44. The Promotion and Recruitment of Escorts, Escort Services, Personal Companions, (etc.) are contrary to the purposes of Juliet Adams Agency, and will not be tolerated in any fashion. Soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of escorts on this site is strictly prohibited. 

45. Portfolios that are used for the solicitation or promotion of escort services in ANY way will be immediately disabled with no refund. This includes (but is not limited to): Use of the referral system, hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs (web addresses) promoting escorts and any other activity that Juliet Adams Agency deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.

46. Juliet Adams Agency will not accept responsibility or accept liability for any loss costs claims or proceedings incurred by a artists model to either persons or property at any time while working, travelling to or from or in connection with any assignment, audition, casting whatsoever. The model further agrees to hold Juliet Adams Agency harmless.

47. The views and opinions expressed in any sales literature or on our website may be the views of the contributors, gremlins etc, and should not be taken necessarily as fact. 

48. Due to the volume of information in our sales literature and on our web site you must confirm all information that you are relying on when you order services and/or make an application to join us.

49  If there is something you wish to rely upon please tell us in writing. 

50. All artists agrees to comply with anti sex and anti discriminatory legislations

51. All artists agree to comply with no smoking legislations

52. All artists shall comply with all rules and regulations relating to health and safety, fire prevention or general administration which may be in place at the premises of a Client or at a location where an Assignment is being performed

53. All artists agree to keep us informed with correct and current information on their skills and abilities. 

54. All artists shall keep us uptodate with important appearance changes.

55. The Model shall keep us informed of any significant changes in his/her appearance to include (but not limited to) notification of any change of hair style/colour, weight loss/gain or addition of tattoo or any other visible feature (such as a piercing)

56. The Model shall keep the Agency informed of any significant changes to her skills or abilities to perform work tasks in accordance with the courts, legislation and/or health and safety including driving bans etc. 

57. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable by Juliet Adams Agency and/or a competent court of English Law and English  jurisdiction then the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected and shall remain in force.

58.  The price for the services shall be that as published by us from time to time or as otherwise agreed by us and you should confirm prices (including any promotional prices and special offers) at the time of ordering. All special offers are subject to time limits and/or availability.

59. The final price for the ordered Services shall be confirmed to you when we accept your order and shall include charges for packing, postage and carriage and plus VAT  or service charges on the Services and/or Goods

60. When you submit photos and data, including placing an order with payment, please note that we shall be entitled to acknowledge receipt of your order and or data by phone, fax, email, post or website.  Photos displayed on website and/or Messages left on answering services are also deemed to be served as membership and or order acknowledgement.

62.    The fees if any payable on agreeing to this agreement are for the artist/model named in the application form to be included on Juliet Adams Website for a period of at least 1 year, with Free opportunities for additional long term membership, as an unpaid Free member.   Juliet Adams Life Time Memberships are governed by the rules and regulations contained in this form AD01, which govern the continuous LIFE-TIME membership of artists. 

63. All Artists should adhere to all the these terms and conditions of sale and service.  Violations could render your life time membership void.  The Agency decision will be final.

64. If any payment for goods and services must be made in advance, in full and in cleared funds must be received before we perform and/or despatch any goods and services to you and/or perform any membership and/or listing services. Juliet Adams Agency reserves the right to use its sole discretion with regards to overriding this clause either in part or in full.

65. Juliet Adams Agency retains the right to deduct ordered advertising / promotional costs from any model payments.

66.   A £28* fee will be charged for any returned cheques or communication letters with regard to listings and/or their payments due. The listing will be de-activated until fee is paid in full

67.   If the contract is to be terminated before the minimum agreed period of twelve months online listing has ended, then one months notice is required in writing, and posted by recorded delivery

68. *Prices may be subject to changes without notice, all prices quoted online are valid for 90 days,, if ordering after 90 days you should confirm prices at the time of ordering.  All special offers are subject to time limits and/or availability.

69. Receipts for payment shall be issued only on request. 

70. All payments in all forms are non refundable.

71.  In order to assist in promotion of artists,  artists and parents of minors must send in update measurements and pictures, please keep us informed of changes since your latest submitted photos.  Artist current looks, photos and measurements should be sent in on a regular basis throughout the year, by either the parent/guardian of child models, or yourself if you are a model over 16 years. Failure to do so is a breach of contract.

72.  All artists being listed authorizes Juliet Adams Agency to make the following items available to on its website:  name, state and country, gender, age, hair and eye colour, height and weight, and shoe size. And any other information Juliet Adams Agency deem appropriate.

73. Supporting Statements....Juliet Adams Agency reserves the right to edit Supporting Statements.

74. Resumes/CV....Juliet Adams reserves the right to edit Resumes / CVs to fit onto your Online Resumes / CVs.  

75. Cv / resumes are placed online per A4 sheet of paper in Standard Arial and/or Time Roman Font Size 12(10pt)

76. Where appropriate for actors, dancers, and other talent artists, or artists with special skills, where possible please provide reference/evidence or names of those whom to contact for verification of your skills/abilities.  This may well assist us in marketing you outside the scope of your listings contract, for fab work opportunities.

77. Juliet Adams is seeking quality  model & artists of various different looks and all shapes and sizes.  Juliet Adams reserves the right to refuse applicants free enhanced online listings.  The Agency decision will be final.

78.   Juliet Adams Agency has sole and final decision in the photo images it selects to market you, where choices have been provided by the parent/guardian.  Juliet Adams reserves the right to crop images to fit onto your Online Portfolio.  Juliet Adams reserves the right to refuse to display photos online, particularly with regard to poor or unsuitable images.  All photographs should be in clear focus, and not have items, obstacles or hair covering facial features for our one photographer starter.  See copy right sections for copy right information.     

79.Only one photo image per box, and one child per portfolio.  At the sole discretion of Juliet Adams Agency this provision may be waived in particular to genuine siblings

80.   Online photographs, measurements, and cv resume updates is strictly at the discretion of the agency, there are opportunities for free updates, but equally at the discretion of the agency updates can be chargeable at a starting price of £25*.  Updating photos online is strictly at the discretion of the agency...so please send quality images! 

81. Juliet Adams Agency reserves the right to market to models any of its associated commercial  goods and services, and all models and applicants are not obligated to take up any offers.    

82.    Juliet Adams Agency makes every effort to maintain it obligations to continually promote models and talent online, but it can not be held responsible for technical website difficulties.

83.   The areas for display of all photos, goods and services is at the sole discretion of the agency and may be  displayed anywhere on Juliet Adams Agency website and in any of its associated materials.

84.  All joining fees, if any are for online listings/exposure, for absolutely no further membership costs >>As a Free Complementary Service<< We can provide our listed artists work seekers members with agency representation at no further costs to the artist. There is no representation charges for work assignments we receive funds from the client.

85.  Monies payable to a model after a job or assignment will be paid to the name artists.  All fees are negotiable. All monies will be paid after their being received by Juliet Adams Agency, in accordance with Juliet Adams Agency’s payment system, some clients can take 3 to 6 months to pay us we make payments quarterly or as notified on your job sheet. We also additionally operate quick cash schemes, quick payment schemes, 1 to 4 week payment systems and scheduled payment systems. 

86 The artists does grant Juliet Adams Agency authority on behalf of the artist to collect and receive all income and/or  payments and/or part payments on behalf of the work seeker.

87. Payments are made in accordance with the terms and conditions issue to artists in the Job confirmations sent, or as described on the phone.

88. The model is personally responsible for the payment of income tax, National Insurance contributions and other statutory deductions and where appropriate value added tax. The agency will not be reliable for any model's failure to complete any of these items( above mentioned).

89. The model gives Juliet Adams Agency the right to negotiate with the client any variations in the rate of payment without any liability to the model whatsoever.

90.   Time in time out sheets supplied by Juliet Adams Model & Talent Agency must be completed by the the client before and after every job and forwarded to us immediately.  Failure to return your timesheets, as well as failure to obtain a client’s signature on a completed timesheet may result in non payment of earnings.

91.  The model / parent/guardian must advise Juliet Adams Agency of any direct contact by the clients with the model/artist.  If cash is paid direct to the model or parent/guardian at an assignment or audition Juliet Adams Agency must be informed in writing.

92. Juliet Adams Agency will not be liable if rates of payment are not maintained by the client

93. Juliet Adams Agency will not be liable for any outstanding fees to the model in the event of indefinite delayed payment by the client for all and whatever reasons.

94. We require artists to be professional and courteous at all times we also require artists to immediately inform the Agency of any and all problems regarding work assignments and keep the agency informed 

95. The type of work the agency seeks to find is wide and varied, they can be defined as an assignment. 

96. The agency is not responsible if a model or talent is unsuccessful in being selected for work and/or auditions.  under these terms and conditions we do not guarantee assignments.

97. The Model / talent undertakes not at any time in the future to contact in anyway whatsoever any clients introduced to them through Juliet Adams Agency in any capacity whatsoever without the written consent of Juliet Adams Agency.

98. Juliet Adams Agency can offer work as a conditional verbal contract over the telephone. On accepting the model is liable to fulfil this contract. Each contract applies to any one offer only. Each contract cannot be applied to any other offers past or present. Where and when possible this contract will be verified by Juliet Adams Agency to the artist via e-mail prior to the assignment and/or afterwards..

99.  The contract will quote the amount of money Juliet Adams Agency  will pay the model and where applicable the amount of money invoiced on behalf of the model for completing the work in full. The model will be told the time, date, place and the length of time he/she must work to complete the contract.

100. We require artists to be professional and courteous at all times we also require artists to immediately inform the Juliet Adams Agency of any and all problems re work assignments and keep the Juliet Adams Agency informed 

101. A model must give 7 working days notice to the agency to withdraw from an assignment, which has been booked by a client.

102. The model shall be liable for any losses and extra costs that have been incurred by Juliet Adams Agency, the client or other models as a result or failure to comply with condition of these terms and conditions.

103. If a model fails to complete an assignment for any reason other than illness (to be evidenced by a medical certificate) then the model may be liable to pay for costs or losses incurred

104. It is the models responsibility to be available for the duration of the assignment.

105. Models and/or parent/legal guardian of minors must inform the agency if the artists has had a change of appearance  including a complete change of hairstyle or other changes since the last submitted photos and/or assessment interview.  

106. Models and/or parent/legal guardian of minors must inform the agency of All including all new tattoos, blemishes and scars these must be reported to Juliet Adams Agency 

107.Models and/or parent/legal guardian of minors must inform the agency if  the artists has illnesses or health factors that effect and/or may effect your ability to do the booking.

108. If a model fails to complete an assignment for any reason it is the models and/or parent/legal guardian of minors must  inform Juliet Adams Agency straightway by phone, and then place a written explanation in the post, providing documentary evidence of reasons. 

109. The Model/Talent should ensure that the assignment is fulfilled to the o the agency's and/or client's order and satisfaction.

110. Assignment references and duties are as that contained on your job notices, and/or communicated to you by Juliet Adams Agency.

111.  You must Always be co-operative and helpful to clients.  

112. You must Always be punctual for auditions and jobs. 

113.You must Always ensure that the artists hair, nails and clothes must always be in clean good condition.  

114. Adults must always ensure that they do not display poor or rude conduct toward any client, visitor, employee, or other human being including other children and parents at auditions and jobs. Rude and uncooperative behaviour is not acceptable and could result in the termination of contract.  The agencies decision is final.

115. The Model/Talent should be available for the duration of the assignment.

116. You must always ensure that you are punctual for an assignment.

117.  The Model/Talent should ensure that the model possesses the specified wardrobe and accessories. 

118. All artists work payments payable are also subject to a cooperative, friendly and satisfactory work attendance.

         118(a). All artists postal work payments are sent with a statement.

         118(b) Artists and their representatives including parents must not bank or cash cheque work payments if you dispute any part of the work payment without the written authority of the agency

119. The material on this website and in all information and publicity the agency distributes including emails and literature may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed in any form except as may be expressly permitted in writing by Juliet Adams Modelling & Talent Agency.  

120. Materials contained on this website are protected under copyright and under laws of international copyright, and conventions. 121. You are responsible for ensuring that data, material and photography that you submit / post will not be capable of Infringing the intellectual property, right to privacy, or other rights of any person or entity, Breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, copyright, tortuous or otherwise, or Appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

122. You are also responsible for ensuring that any activity or communication you make in connection with any Juliet Adams Agency's service will also not be capable of Infringing the intellectual property, right to privacy, or other rights of any person or entity, Breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, copyright, tortuous or otherwise, or Appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

123.  By using using and accessing our agency, our agency website you agree to abide by international copyright law protecting all images, graphical and written content on this site.   

124.  Artists and parents of minors must not pop into the offices and/or hire studios of Juliet Adams Agency to see us unless an appointment has first been arranged, via phone or letter, as this can upset the flow of work and means you will not be seen.

125.  Juliet Adams Agency makes every effort to maintain it obligations to continually promote models and talent online, but it can not be held responsible for technical website difficulties.

126.  We shall not be liable to you if we have delayed or failed to perform any of our obligations under this contract in respect of Services if the delay or failure was due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. The following are some examples, but not all, of circumstances beyond our control

      act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;

      war, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;

      acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of

      any governmental, court, parliamentary or local authority;

      import or export regulations or embargoes; strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or

      trade disputes; and difficulty in obtaining materials, technical difficulties, labour or machinery

127.  Juliet Adams Agency promotes itself and/or its artists to casting professionals both in the UK and world wide. The agency can not be held responsible if models and talents are unsuccessful in being selected for auditions whilst under contract.  Auditions and work assignments cannot be guaranteed.

128.Artists and the Parents/guardians of minors each grants Juliet Adams Agency and its affiliated entities and their successors, licensees, assigns and agents, the right to use the model /talent name, hometown, voice, photograph and likeness without additional compensation, for advertising and promotional purposes, in perpetuity, including promoting, exploiting, and advertising of the artist, and or just Juliet Adams Model & Talent Castings Agency in all media, except where prohibited by law. 

129. All artists and parents/guardians of minors agree to have their artists names, biographical information and likenesses published in all publications Juliet Adams Model & Talent Castings Agency authorises as well as on www.julietadams.co.uk.  

130. By taking assignments, submitting photograph/s, data, publicity material, signing and/or returning an application form senders, artists and parents/guardians of minors agrees to release and hold harmless Juliet Adams Agency and their respective representatives, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the Juliet Adams Agency business.  Artists and Parents/Guardians of minors Collectively, "Releases" from and against any and all claims, actions, and liability for any injury, losses, damages, disputes and/or disability resulting from participation in Juliet Adams Online Portfolio Services, emails, website, publications, pamphlets and leaflets, models sheets and advertising - all media is included and does not exclude any type of media. We also add, without limitation, any travel related thereto, and attendance at modelling/talent  auditions, assignments and/or public events.

131.  By taking assignments, submitting photographs, publicity material, data, signing and/or returning the form artists and the parents/guardians of minors agree to the these rules and regulations.

132. If any interpretations of clauses or provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable by the Agency and/or a court with a standard of a competent court of English Law with English jurisdiction then the remainder of clauses and/or provisions contained in the terms and conditions  will not be affected and shall remain in force. 

133.  Juliet Adams Agency makes every effort to maintain it obligations to continually promote models and talent online, but it can not be held responsible for technical website difficulties.

134. Juliet Adams Agency will hold the details of each terms and conditions it issues the current terms and conditions in operation are available openly here online, this supersede all previous terms and conditions issued. from the point of date onwards. not retrospectively.  At any time an artist model can request a print, of the terms and conditions in operation from for 1 year after the initial date of the contract.  This request should be placed in writing and posted by recorded delivery. There is a service charge of £15.00 for re-issuing backdated copies.  

135.  Juliet Adams Agency reserves the right to modify, alter and update the content of these terms and conditions at any time without notice and without prejudice to any prior or subsequent negotiation or agreement.

136.  All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion Juliet Adams Agency.  These terms and conditions supersede all prior terms and conditions.

137.  Services offered may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice Juliet Adams Agency reserves the right to substitute any service for one of comparable value for any reason we will negotiate any material current and/or forth coming assignments.

138. Statement. Juliet Adams Agency will operate as an employment agency,

140.All artists and all customers are not entitled to transfer services.

141. All payments received for services including full and part payments are not transferable from one customer or artists to another. 

142. All payments received for services including full and part payments are not transferable from one service to another service. 

143. All services mean all services and includes personalised photosittings it means all types of services and dose not exclude any type either inside or outside of contracts.  

144. Dispute and Jurisdiction.  These Conditions are governed by the laws of England. We will try and solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently in accordance with our policies.. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreements and you wish to take court proceedings, you must do so in the United Kingdom
