my child modelling potential? A child must no longer
look a specific way in order to succeed in child
modelling. Child looks can range from child
characters to child cuties. As child lifestyles
change, so do the trends in child modelling, advertising,

Model Agency? Two answers.. no for general
enquiries..
but Yes for members updates.. To update photos is
simple. Simply send to our agency an
email with 3 + recent photo of your child together with your
child details.

my child have to have a portfolio to join Juliet Adams
Child Modelling & Talent Agency? No. a portfolio
is a book or electronic images that are built up over
time, not in one day. In order for Juliet Adams Child
Model & Talent Agency to represent your child, your
child will need at least one good picture. You do not need
to send our child agency a portfolio. If the Juliet
Adams Child Agency agrees to represent your child, our
agency will work closely with you and your child to build
your child's portfolio. Of course, if your child is
already a model and has a portfolio or composite card, you
are welcome to send into our agency laser copies of your
child's photos.

tell tell signs of child modelling scams, to help and
assist parents to avoid child modeling scams.
SOME
SIGNS OF A SCAM*
"We
can guarantee your child work"
Many
unreputable agencies may claim to offer Guaranteed Work Assignment
Claims.. It is of fundamental importance that Parents approach
these so called Agencys with caution. With out a child
assessment interview parents should be very cautious of other so called
agency's guaranteed work claims. An Agency reputation relies on
validating children they put forward to clients in such a
fashion.
"Your
child is exactly what we were looking for"
Again Juliet
Adams Agency's advice to parents is to adopt plenty of
caution.. is your child really great? Do they have
that sparkle?.. sadly parent(s) may also lose their
child jobs if they themselves are not appropriate for the
industry? Your Child is exactly what we were
looking for.. in today's modern industry it is more than just a child looks. So
parents do approach with caution where this remark may
to easily be forthcoming.
"Young
Babies & Toddlers do NOT require exhaustive
professional baby pictures, quality clear images can also
be great."

the marketing of their child, so do keep your agent up
to date with skills & measurements.
Paying
to Advertise your child on Websites.
Know
The common facts amongst many high volume pay and display
Websites. Many websites encourage Parents into paying to Advertise their
children on Websites. Such website owners
Advertisments may begin with pay to Advertise
on our website.. be seen.. NO Quality Assessments Required..
NOT with us.. Parents please do Be careful, as there are websites which require
Everyone to pay. YOU PAY.. The Clients PAYS.. Clients must pay to contact artists
directly. Direct communication from clients is important where
there is no agency representations, website owners have been
know to increase prices as enquiries go up, and technical
faults tend to happen with FREE automated contact the artists
scripts.. which can benefit website owners and reduce their
workloads once they have taken funds. The client often has to pay to contact
you. So despite your child's great appearance on
their website. With say 1,000 plus kids listed all with great
appearances, many just unassessed hopefuls. it is often
financially unfeasible
and unwise for a client to contact you directly for
clarifications, invitations and castings. These Website often
hide the fact they charge clients to contact you directly behind Banners like It's
FREE with us for clients to place
listing.. BE AWARE .. in most cases unless stated it is
definitely NOT FREE to contact you
directly and is especially unfair if your child is one of
many children great for a job..
Website owners
can also hide behind a client requirement to sign in and pay.
Parents see a sign on their child paid for website marketing/advertisment..
Like contact this artist now.. But parents are often unaware
that the client is requested to pay the Website owners to
contact you directly.. it can really add up to be expensive
for busy top casting professionals to pay to directly
communicate with artists many of whom are unassessed for
quality.
Website
owners also hide with incomplete statements such as ALL
members can be contacted by interested clients and you will be
sent an email. Again parents are often unaware that
the client is requested to pay the Website owners to
contact you directly. With thousands of children on an owners website
a great deal can receive no direct communications from
interested clients due to the
financial expenses/outlay required. You may ask is it fair trade to
charge you as a parent and then charge the client to contact
you.. When so many children are listed and your child is on
page 10 of 700 or so. Do the website owners act as a fair
spring board for those that have paid.
The
above type of websites are marketed to parents as Pay
for your Child's Website marketing only.. Usually such
websites have all flashy
gimmicks to make your child advertising appear great in an unassessed
environment. So there marketing looks fair. but
its the website owners charging clients to hand pick and
communicate with children who advertise, which is unfair to those that
Parents that have paid for their child to be launched accessible
into the industry on their website marketing.
Other
Agency also charge for you to Advertise your child on Websites.
But do not charge clients. That seems fair. Our
word of caution here is to take a moment to
also view how easy it is to view your child's details along
with other children on their website. Where an agency
also markets your child offline, its fair, and many like
ourselves are increases opportunities and marketing quality
talent to clients. But do Try to select a
number of different children for a job.. from other agency
websites.. has the agency or
website assisted the client in providing the information they
need to make quick decisions.. Is your child easy to find.. is
your child on page 7 of 50+ kids in the same category
(sometimes page 1, 2 or 3 will do).. Must you always use
search engine or hyperlinks.. and how many of these children
do they return per page. Just what does there computer
return.. What page is your child on. Lets just say..
your efforts have yielded your child.. Now you've found your
child.. and there great for the job.. IDEAL in fact.. what can
you do.. It's late 6.45 pm the production team are working late..
the director likes your children, wants to see him and her tomorrow for that all
important job. What happens next? Remember there
websites out there that make it a requirement that clients pay
to contact you directly. No Agencies Not an Agency No Agencys'
Representation
iIf
your child is with
an Agency?.. Do not Stop there... also take time to think what
have YOU done to assist with the website marketing of your
child.. Are you being co-operative as a parent.. Its a
duty. have you updated your child photos and most
important measurements and skills. Are you promptly responding
to the agency's calls, contacts, emails. Opportunities
that you as a parent fail to accept are the decision you have
made.
And
FINALLY FINALLY, please do not have any false ideas about
the very competitive world of the child entertainment /
